WELCOME TO THE LINCOLNSHIRE ADVERTISER
This U.K.Company was formed and registered as the Lincolnshire Advertiser Limited in the October of 2009.
We produce a small informative full gloss A5 size community magazine. A magazine that gives details and contact numbers of all clubs, associations and societies within specified areas, as well as useful emergency telephone numbers.
The vision was that the magazine should be quarterly publication, and FREE to the public. This could only be achieved if the style and format of magazine could attract a significant amount of advertisements from the local businesses within each community.
Aware of how difficult things are financially for any business during a recession, a conscious decision was taken to make it possible for any business no matter how big or small to be able to afford to advertise in this magazine.
Since the launch of the first magazine in January 2010 the response has been staggering. The distribution area has now been expanded to cover Alford, Burgh Le Marsh, Caister, Chapel St. Leonards, Coningsby, East Kirby, Gainsborough, Horncastle, Ingoldmells, Louth, Mablethorpe, Market Rasen, North & South Somercotes, Skegness, Sleaford, Spilsby, Sutton on Sea, Woodhall Spa, and Wragby. There are ongoing plans to increase the distribution area even further to Cleethorpes, Boston and the Deepings. Due to the first three years phenomenal success, the ultimate goal now is to see the magazine distributed throughout the whole of the county.
We believe that because of the size and informative content of this free magazine, that people will not want to discard it, but to keep it as a point of reference.
We are always on the lookout for interesting articles to feature in the magazine, so If you have a human interest story you would like to share with the readers, or anything else that you may think will be of interest to them, please contact us. (Contact numbers on the home page).
The Lincolnshire Advertiser looks to each community to keep us informed of any changes of telephone numbers etc., and of any future events within their community they wish to have included in the magazine free of charge.
The magazine is distributed at the beginning of each quarter (January, April, July, and October).
Copies can be found in the County libraries, Spar shops, some Cost Cutters stores and at the Co-op checkout. Also available in some Post Offices and Medical Centres and Hospitals in the areas covered by the magazine. In the Spilsby area copies can be obtain from Sainsburys Supermarket, and in Woodhall Spa from the Budgens Supermarket Store.
